Central City Convention Center & Spray Park: Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting the Central City Convention Center & Spray Park. To ensure we can continue providing quality services and amenities to our community, we have established the following policy regarding all merchandise and apparel sales.
1. General Sales Policy
All items sold by the Central City Convention Center & Spray Park are sold "As Is." Once a purchase is finalized, it is considered a final sale except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Manufacturing Defects
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing issue (e.g., structural damage, printing errors caused by the manufacturer, or hardware failure), you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
