All shipping and handling services for the Central City Convention Center & Spray Park are
managed and executed by third-party service providers. By completing your purchase, you
acknowledge that your order fulfillment and delivery are handled by an external logistics entity.

2. Limitation of Liability

The Central City Convention Center & Spray Park is not responsible for the shipping
and handling process once an order has been transferred to our third-party provider. This
includes, but is not limited to:

• Delays in transit or delivery timelines.

• Items lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process.

• Carrier errors or delivery to incorrect locations.

• Handling fees or surcharges applied by the third-party provider.

3. Tracking and Delivery Inquiries
Once your order has been processed and shipped, any tracking information provided by the carrier
will be shared with you. For updates on your shipment, delivery redirects, or claims for packages
marked as delivered but not received, please contact the third-party carrier directly using your
provided tracking number.

4. Shipping Address Policy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is
accurate. Central City Convention Center & Spray Park is not liable for orders sent to an incorrect
or incomplete address provided by the customer.
