About the Role
As a Lifeguard & Guest Safety Associate, you are the primary guardian of guest safety within our spray park and the surrounding facility. You will be responsible for vigilant surveillance, proactive rule enforcement, and immediate emergency response. Because our spray park is integrated into a convention center environment, you will also act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional, helpful, and courteous demeanor while interacting with convention attendees, families, and facility guests.

Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid.
Certification in Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred.
Previous lifeguard experience is an advantage.

Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Excellent observational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Monitor the safety of guests in and around the water.
Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the area.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees.
Physical Requirements
Ability to swim long distances and perform rescues.
Capable of standing for extended periods and working outdoors.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
Additional Requirements
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Completion of a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification renewal.
